First time diving
"Discover the amazing sensations of scuba diving"
Join us at 8:30 AM at the Royal Blue Dive Center in Rethymnon, Crete.
After filling out the standard form, we do a briefing to introduce you to the underwater world and its secrets and to familiarize you with the equipment.
You will certainly have questions, and we take all the time needed to make everyone feel comfortable. Then we head out!
We choose the dive site depending on the weather. North or south, we have different options.
Once equipped, we first go to a shallow area where everyone can stand to review hand signals and safety elements.
You’ll take a few breaths out of the water, then in the water. When everyone is comfortable, we continue the dive.
Your instructor will always be close by, carefully guiding and assisting you from start to finish.
We always dive in small groups to ensure maximum safety and support. Safety comes first, but fun and excitement come right afte

During your dive, you will see many different fish and beautiful colors. Check our “Mediterranean Sea Life” page to see what you might encounter. Visibility is usually amazing—up to 35 meters underwater!
If you want photos or videos underwater as souvenirs, just ask your instructor.
