First time diving

Meet us at 8"30 AM at the center:
After filling out the standard form, we do a briefing (in French or English, whichever you prefer!) to introduce you to the underwater world and its secrets, and to familiarize you with the equipment.
You will surely have questions to ask us! We take all the time needed to make everyone feel comfortable. Then we set off!!
We choose the site depending on the weather. North or south, we have different options.
Once equipped, we first go to where everyone can stand, to review the signals and some safety elements.
We take a few breaths out of the water, then in the water. When everyone is comfortable, we set off.
You will always have the instructor close by, who will carefully watch over you and assist you from beginning to end.
We always go in very small groups for maximum safety and support. In diving, safety comes first! but right after that comes a lot of fun and emotions.
You will see many different fish, beautiful colors (see the page "Mediterranean sea life" with photos of what you might encounter in the Mediterranean). The visibility is usually amazing (35 meters of visibility underwater!)
If you want videos and photo souvenirs underwater, ask your instructor!
